Payment is processed immediately after each session via the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking. This includes any applicable cancellation fees.

If you don't have access to a credit or debit card, full payment is required prior to booking.

Declined Payments
If your card is declined, I will require full payment for the session prior to the next appointment as well as prior payment for all future sessions.

2. Medicare Rebates

If you hold a current and valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you may be entitled to a Medicare rebate of $145.25 per session. Rebates are typically processed within 24- 48 hours following your session.

Please note:

• Medicare rebates are not available for couples sessions

• It is your responsibility to ensure your Mental Health Care Plan is current and valid prior to your appointment

3. Funding & Insurance

Ann Cuypers Clinical Psychologist does not currently provide psychological services through the following schemes:

• NDIA (National Disability Insurance Agency)

If you are unsure whether your funding type is accepted, please get in touch prior to booking.

You may be able to claim ancillary benefits through your private health insurer. Please check with your provider to see what your specific policy covers.

4. Cancellation Policy

You'll receive an SMS reminder at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible.

If your session is cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, I'll do my best to find you an alternative time in the same week, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
