Services

Individual Therapy

I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges.

Anxiety and depression are among the most common mental health presentations in Australia, and also among the most treatable.

I use a combination of CBT, DBT, ACT, schema therapy, somatic therapies and mindfulness-based approaches to help you understand what's driving your symptoms, build lasting skills to manage them and move forward with more confidence.

I can help you if you are struggling with:

Anxiety, low mood or depression

Stress and burnout

If you want practical tools, not just someone to talk to

Or those navigating life changes such as:

Career shifts

Relationship breakdowns

Parenting challenges

Please note: For EMDR sessions via Telehealth,

a laptop or desktop screen is recommended.

Services

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma doesn't always present in expected ways. It may manifest through more overt symptoms such as persistent hypervigilance, as well as more subtle experiences like emotional numbness, difficulty trusting others and the enduring presence of maladaptive or unhelpful behavioural and interpersonal patterns over time.

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) as my primary tool for trauma work. EMDR is a well-researched, highly effective therapy that helps the brain process distressing memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.

This can be helpful for:

People experiencing symptoms of PTSD

People with a history of complex and childhood trauma

Those carrying the weight of childhood experiences into adult life and relationships

Please note: For EMDR sessions via Telehealth,

a laptop or desktop screen is recommended.

Services

Couple & Relationship Therapy

Relationships are one of the most meaningful, and at times most challenging, parts of life. Whether you're navigating conflict, building trust, or simply feeling disconnected from your partner, couple therapy can help you find your way back to each other.

I draw on the Gottman Method, one of the most extensively researched approaches, to help partners communicate more effectively, understand each other more deeply, and build a stronger foundation.

I can provide support for:

Couples experiencing conflict or communication breakdowns and wanting to address small issues before they become big

Partners navigating life transitions like a new baby or changes in work and home

Those who want to strengthen their relationship and feel more connected

Services

Family & Parenting Support

Parenting can be incredibly rewarding and also challenging at times. I have extensive experience working with young people (0-18 years old) experiencing mental health challenges and their families.

I'm currently undertaking specialist training in Infant Mental Health, which means I'm particularly passionate about supporting parents in those early, formative years.

This is can help:

Families navigating emerging mental health concerns for their young person

Parents wanting to build a stronger, more connected relationship with their child

New or expecting parents feeling overwhelmed
