Payment details (processed securely via Zanda)

I only collect information that's necessary to provide you with quality psychological care.

Directly from you via intake forms, contact forms, and during sessions
From your GP or referring practitioner (with your consent)
Through Zanda, my practice management and telehealth platform
Your clinical records and booking information are stored securely in Zanda, a practice management platform that hosts data in Australia and complies with Australian privacy legislation. Your card details are securely stored in Stripe only.
General enquiry data submitted through the website contact form is stored on the website. No sensitive clinical information is stored on the website.
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
Your information is kept confidential. I may share relevant information in the following circumstances:
With your GP or other treating practitioners, where clinically appropriate and as per Medicare compliance requirements, always with your knowledge
With Medicare, for the purpose of processing rebate claims
Where required by law, for example, mandatory reporting obligations or a court order
Where there is an imminent risk of harm to you or another person
I will not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
This website uses the following third-party tools that may collect non-identifying data:

Email marketing tools — used to send practice updates (you may unsubscribe at any time)
These tools operate under their own privacy policies. No sensitive health information is shared with these platforms.
In line with AHPRA guidelines and Australian legal requirements, client records are retained for a minimum of 7 years after your last session. For clients who were minors at the time of treatment, records are kept until they turn 25, or for 7 years after the last session, whichever is longer.
Records are stored securely in Zanda and disposed of appropriately at the end of the retention period.
You have the right to:
Request access to the personal information I hold about you
Ask me to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
Make a complaint if you believe your privacy has been breached
